General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

    1. Scope of Application

    (1) These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the CleaningBox GmbH online shop.

    (2) The offer is directed at both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C).

    (3) Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognised unless the supplier expressly agrees to their validity.

    2. Contracting Partner

    The purchase contract is concluded with:

    3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

    (1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

    (2) By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.

    (3) The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by email.

    4. Prices and Shipping Costs

    (1) All prices are in euros, excluding statutory VAT (for B2B) or including VAT (for B2C).

    (2) Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.

    5. Delivery and Shipping

    (1) Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

    (2) Delivery times are indicated in the shop.

    (3) Partial deliveries are permissible where reasonable.

    Important notice for business customers:

    Please check the delivered packages immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity.

    Missing quantities or transport damage must be reported to us in writing (by email) in accordance with § 377 HGB within 5 working days of delivery, otherwise the delivery is deemed approved.

    6. Payment

    The following payment methods are available:

    • Advance payment
    • Invoice (for business customers)
    • PayPal / Credit card / other (depending on shop)

    (2) In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest.

    7. Retention of Title

    The goods remain the property of CleaningBox GmbH until full payment has been received.

    8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

    Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

    Exception:

    For hygiene products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if:

    • the goods are sealed and
    • the seal has been removed after delivery

    9. Warranty

    (1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

    (2) For business customers:

    • Warranty period: 12 months
    • Obvious defects must be reported immediately

    10. Liability

    (1) We are liable without limitation for:

    • Intentional acts
    • Gross negligence
    • Injury to life, body or health

    (2) For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

    11. Use of Products

    (1) CleaningBox products must be used in accordance with the respective application instructions.

    (2) The customer is obliged to comply with applicable hygiene and occupational safety regulations.

    12. Special Notes on Hygiene Products

    (1) Our products are intended for professional cleaning and disinfection.

    (2) Improper use may impair effectiveness.

    (3) Responsibility for correct use lies with the user.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

    14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

    (1) German law applies.

    (2) For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.

    15. Final Provisions

    Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
